RESERVATION

Advance reservation is required. 
To book, send an e-mail to info@promoracing.it or buy through the online shop.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

In order to confirm your booking, full payment is due not later than 3 days after reservation.
If we do not receive all payment due on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking.

PAYMENT

Full payment has to be settled by bank transfer.

Insert in the description of the transfer: name of rider and date of the track day. Once payment done /after payment send bank transfer receipt at info@promoracing.it.

INVOICE

The request for an invoice must be made before or at the moment of payment.
Any invoice request after payment receival will not be accepted considering that, in the meantime, the sale will have been registered as sent to a private individual.

CANCELLATION TERMS

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before the event: no deduction;
• By 30 days before the event and NO-SHOW (non attendance): 100% of the partecipation fee.

The refund will be issued in form of a credit which can be used for another track day. In no case are there any cash refunds.

 

IMPORTANT

Regardless of the weather planned track days will take place as programmed.
